This product will archive the WennSoft Service Management tables to include attachments. Currently, we are in development to add Job Cost. There is no additional investment for those enrolled in an enhancement plan.
*There is a 20% Annual Support and Enhancement Fee at time of purchase and each subsequent year until you cancel.
This is the installation of the Dynamics GP Security Tasks and Roles to include installation.
Additional time will be required to analyze user traffic and assign new Security Roles which is subject to our usual hourly rate.
The installation is included in the purchase price. However, additional services to analyze data, conduct archives,and test the archive system in a Test Environment are at our usual hourly rate.
We recommend a minimum of 40-80 hours to properly conduct all the testing and rollout to the production system. This usually allows for running utilities against the data and make minor corrections
For those customers who do not have the resources in-house to maintain the Microsoft Dynamics GP and WennSoft platform, we offer services tailored to your specific needs. Pricing varies depending on the amount of services you need. All maintenance plans are priced for a monthly rate that is established based your specific needs.
